You own the copyright in full upon completion of the work. We do not request publishing rights or resell your content to anyone.

Express Writers guarantees that all content purchased by our clients is 100% original. We use Copyscape premium search on every page to ensure 100% originality and we have a zero-tolerance policy with our writers when it comes to plagiarism. The only exceptions may include policy, legal or technical terminology, and wording that would invalidate a statement if not used in an exact sequence. We will always communicate with you if it arises.
Revisions & Refunds
Free Revisions
We know that it can take time to get your style down. That’s why we include two rounds of revisions within 14 days of order delivery. Once your order is manually approved by you or auto-approved in our system, free revisions will not be permitted.
Additionally, revisions are limited to the information you originally provided in your input form. If you ask for a different topic direction or provided misinformation, we are unable to revise without an additional charge.
Please allow at least 48 hours for each revision.
Paid Revisions
If a revision is requested outside of our 14-day window, we require a 15% to 50% revision fee. It must be paid before we start work. Management determines the appropriate fee, which goes directly to your project writer or editor.
The revision fee does not include requests for additional words added to a project. If you need us to add to the content, we are happy to do so. Just contact us for a custom cart link.
Refund Policy
As a general rule, we do not extend refunds. If you are not satisfied with your content, please send a message to the team so we have a chance to revise. We’ll do whatever we can to get your content to your expectations. If an order has not been started, talk to the team. We can talk through the options.
Account credits are considered on a case-by-case basis. But we will not grant a request for an account credit without a chance to revise the content. If we are still unable to meet your expectations after revision, you may request an account credit. These credits expire after 14 days.
Deposit Policy
Funds can be deposited at any time via credit card, PayPal, or ACH bank transfer. We will keep funds active in our system for 60 days after you place an order. Once 60 days have passed since your last order, they expire. We do not offer refunds on account deposits once you allow the expiration date to pass.

It is your responsibility to provide sufficient information for your order after it has been placed using the input form provided (unless other arrangements have been made). Any orders without input forms may be canceled after 30 days if we are unable to reach you via account comments or email. A credit will be placed on your account. All account credits expire after 14 days.
Changes to Your Order
Once an order is started, our entire management staff moves quickly to start your order and maintain an efficient, timely process.
Changes to any order will not be allowed once the project has been assigned to or started by our writer and/or it has been more than 24 hours. This includes (but is not limited to) putting the order on hold, redirection of the content or topic, and supplying additional information.
Client Approval

Approval of work must take place within 14 days delivery. Client approval of content within 14 days of receiving it can be in the form of a written email, phone conversation, or chat message. After 14 days, if content is not approved by the client, it will be automatically approved by our system. Upon acceptance and approval of the work, client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used. Express Writers is not responsible for errors occurring in the content once it has been approved either by the client or by our system.
Confidentiality

Our writers may take weeks and months for us to find. We test hundreds of applicants in order to find just one writer that meets our standards.
Each one of our team members (writers, strategists, designers) sign an NDA before taking a single project. This protects our clients’ proprietary information and our agency clients’ clientele. We will happily sign your company NDA if needed.
Clients are not permitted at any time to obtain a writer’s personal contact information, including, but not limited to personal email exchanges, full name, etc. The only exception to this is with direct client-to-writer interviews, with the policy that clients may not directly contact writers without Express Writers’ permission.

Cancellation
If a project is cancelled (verbally or in writing) by the client, no refunds will be given. Partial account credit may be offered depending on how much work or management time has already been put into the project.

Types of content we will not write include, but are not limited to, original academic essays for students, content that breaches our moral or ethical standards, content with illegal or malicious intent, content that makes our writers feel uncomfortable.
Payment and Collection
Payment Policy
Express Writers requires upfront payment for every project. Work will not be started until the order has been placed and payment has processed.
Bonuses
Any bonus a client optionally wishes to send their team writer can be sent to to the team as per usual payments, and will be divided up as such: 25% to the business (editors, management, etc.) and 75% to the team writer.
Google DMCA & Withdrawn Payment
Express Writers requires an upfront payment for full content prices from all clients on all projects. Work will commence upon receipt of the payment. If at any time payment is withdrawn (credit card claims, etc), we reserve the right to file a DMCA. Google takes stolen SEO and copyright claims very seriously. Read more about the Google DCMA. Without full payment to Express Writers, the Client is responsible for holding content that does not legally belong to the client.
Privacy Policy
1. Personal Identification Information
We may collect the following personal identification information: Name, Email, Address, Phone Number from Users in multiple ways, including, but not limited to when Users visit our site, place their order, subscribe to our newsletter, chat with us, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources made available on our Site. This method will always be with the Users’ knowledge and at the Users’ request.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.
2. Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users when they visit our Site. Non-personal identification information includes the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users, means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized and other similar information.
