I’m a self-proclaimed “word nerd.” Writing has been my passion since I was young. Unconvinced I could earn a decent wage as a writer, I went into nursing. After graduation, I decided I wanted to follow my passion anyway. Without any formal training as a writer I went into sales. Which took me on the path into marketing. I would be the one chosen to write the copy for our marketing materials. And I was in heaven. Now, as a copywriter, I get to do what I love every day. And even make a decent wage doing it.
