Meet your content consultant, John G.
John has a Bachelor’s degree in English and has been a full-time freelance writer since 2013. He’s worked at Express Writers since early 2016, and was one of the final five writers last year to make it through Julia’s Authority Writer training. See our Authority Content service, launched in 2016.
With a natural knack for compelling, engaging online copy, John also has an avid intelligence for the content marketing field, and eats up knowledge incredibly well and incredibly fast. He has certifications in blog writing from Jon Morrow, training in SEO from Brian Dean, an inbound marketing certification from HubSpot, and many other forms of content-marketing focused training.
John’s clients through the years have mostly been entrepreneurs and small businesses, from all over the world. He has also written for a number of other agencies over the years. Aside from creating blog posts and website copy, John excels at interviewing subject experts on behalf of his clients to improve the information in his pieces, and enjoys consulting and real-time discussions around content marketing.
In his free time, John likes reading about marketing, watching documentaries and at least thinking about maybe going to the gym.

- A 45-minute guided consulting session over the phone, booked with John (once order is placed, you’ll receive a pre-consultation call FAQ for a preview of the questions John will be asking to find your content “sweet spot”)
- Discovery, Keyword & Topic reports, delivered to you within 3-5 days after your consultation call: a Discovery report, where John identifies and discovers your best content opportunities (sweet spot: customer-centric FAQ content, and your topic of authority for high-influence content), what you could be missing with your content, and a Mini Keyword/Topic report where John researches topics and keywords based on the call findings.
